Q: What is JCF Health & Fitness?

A: We are a results driven fitness program designed for personalized group training. We specialize in fat loss workouts that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all crafted to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We’re located at 39 Erie Street in Downtown Jersey City (right around the corner from the Grove Street PATH.)

Q: I’m not in great shape, is this program for me?

A: YES. Our program is for all fitness levels and body types. We have the ability to scale our workout for lower and higher fitness levels. 

Q: What are the sessions offered?

A: Sessions are offered:

Monday-Friday 530am; 615am, 7am

Monday-Thursday, 7pm

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Sessions are 45 minutes long.

Q: What types of exercises are included in the program?

A: We focus on resistance training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). You can expect total body complex moves, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training, HIIT boxing, and core training.
